TERMS OF SERVICE

Requesting a Commission> Please understand that I have the right to turn down any commission for any reason. I will refuse service for anything involving political, religious, harmful, offensive, or regressive themes/ideologies.> Commissions are never "free." This is my job, please respect that! (I feel like this is obvious, however people have asked for "free" commissions in the past...)> I will draw pets, OCs and characters from games, shows, movies, etc. Including human/oids, furries, feral animals, and simple mecha as well as mildly suggestive scenarios, ship art, gore (that isn't insanely violent) and just about anything else really. Just ask if you are unsure!> Please prepare proper reference material, details, specific preferences, and anything else I may need to accurately portray any characters.> After completing a commission, I will ask that you provide an email address so that I may provide the high quality file(s). Alternatively, I can send files over Discord.> Turnaround times (the amount of time it takes for me to finish a commission) are very hard to predict. Keep in mind that I am a full-time college student with a part-time job as well as several illnesses. It's very hard to predict when each individual project will be done. However, I always do my best to be diligent with communicating and providing updates to my client and I will always give updates upon the client's request!> Tips are always accepted and hugely appreciated! You can tip me here <3> I can be reached via my Instagram, Discord, or emailPayment> I accept payment only via PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo USD up-front before I work past the initial rough sketch. My conditions are like this so that I can avoid scammers, please understand this!> I am willing to work with a partial payment should my client be unable to pay full-price upfront. For larger prices (+$100 give or take) I am willing to set up payment plans. However, until I receive the full amount agreed upon, I will not finish the commission!> If, for whatever reason, the client should back out of the commission before I begin the final stages (anything past the initial sketch sketch), I will issue a full refund. However, should the client request a refund after the commission is complete past that, I will only issue a partial refund> The client has a 48-hour window upon a commission's completion to request a partial refundUse of my work> You paid for it, it's yours, but the rights are still shared. However, I only ask that you provide proper credit to me (via linking to my website/socials) wherever you decide to post/use said work. I'd deeply appreciate it! Please do not use my work to make profit. If you intend to use it for merchandise, please contact me first.
